It was a bright afternoon of October 5, 2007 when the registration for the GSP Leyte Council Patrol Leadership Training Course (PLTC) started. The event was held at the Leyte National High School, Petilla Hall, Tacloban City and lasted for 2 days. The registration started at 3:00pm and ended at around 4:30pm. While the girls were waiting for their conclusive listing, which was used throughout the turning over of patrols, Tita Nemia as one of the staff taught some icebreakers.
